Higher Harvest ships all orders discretely in plain packages. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. We charge you what we get charged for shipping, We are currently updating product weights and dimensions for accurate shipping at checkout. You will be contacted if there is going to be any additional charges or if we will refund you from overpaying on shipping. All truck orders must be physically inspected with any damages or shortages reported on the Bill of Lading. This is for your protection so we can send replacement product at no additional cost to you. Freight shipments pricing is determined by the specifications of the pallet or pallets. We will get you the best freight/ground pricing possible; however, in rare circumstances, we may reserve the right to charge you additional charges due to logistics or special circumstance.
Higher Harvest reserves the right to choose the carrier that offers the best combination of rates, transit times, and handling security. If you wish to choose a certain carrier to meet your needs, additional costs may apply. Your order may ship in multiple parcels or be drop shipped in certain logistical situations to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please let us know if you’d like us to require signature for delivery. Higher Harvest does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, but we will go through the claims process on your behalf with the carrier to put a trace on lost packages and work with you to ensure your satisfaction if the package is not found.

Can I “Will Call” my products?
Certain vendors allow end users to Will Call at a regional distribution center on a case by case basis. Due to security reasons, they do not always allow customers in their warehouse so please contact our support team for approval.
After I submitted my order, when is the latest that I can still cancel my order?
We can encourage you to double and triple check your order to avoid restocking fees. Orders cannot be cancelled without incurring a restocking fee after they have shipped out. This time window can be anywhere from 6-8 hours after placing your order.
What if I find items are missing in my shipment?
Be sure to match your packing slip to the items that you have received in that shipment. Many times your orders will ship from multiple distribution centers, and you may not receive your items all at once. If the packing slip does not match the items, please contact support immediately.
Why is my tracking link not working?
Sometimes the tracking takes 12-24 hours to fully update once the shipper has processed your order. If you feel the tracking information is still not updating or seems incorrect, please let us know and we will investigate further.
How can I track my shipment?
Tracking information is sent to the email listed on your account. Please be sure your account has your current email address. Also, you can login and opt into text messaging for order communication if you prefer tracking to be sent via text.
